You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a reasonable price. You can park your car for free on the road 50 meters from your apartment. The apartment was renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

50m² apartment by the swimming lake – 15 min. to Warnemünde

Our separate apartment is located in the middle of a beautiful village and right outside the gates of Rostock. Whether on foot in 5 minutes at the lake or by car in about 15-20 minutes at the Baltic Sea in Warnemünde, with us recreation and relaxation are the focus. Our guest apartment is part of our house, and we are a family with two 6-year-old boys. So it's probably not dead silent, but it's pure idyll. P.S. Bed linen and towels are included with us!

On 120 m² you can vacation with the whole family in Rostock. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).
