The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The natural forest Kottenforst-Ville is right outside the front door. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, integrated kitchen , hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden by arrangement.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
