Just 5 blocks from the lagoon, 100 m. bus terminal and very close to necessary services such as fruit shop, pharmacy, grocery stores, variety of restaurants, ATM and gas station. It has 2 beds, chair to rest on the outside, as well as a table with chairs. It has a kitchen equipped with stove and utensils such as pan, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, cream, cups, glasses, plates and silverware.

The co-host is a taxi driver from Xul-Ha and a neighbor in case the service is required.
