The villa is surrounded by majestic trees, exuberant plants and is located one block from the Lagoon. It has 2 rooms with AC and with independent entrance, they share a bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and garden. One room has a full-size bed, and the other a full + individual bed. There is a small outdoor kitchen with a mini-refrigerator and all the cookware for your comfort during the stay. The terrace is a typical palapa, it has an outdoor dining room, a wonderful garden with birds and trees.

There are two terraces—one of the rooms has its own private terrace that overlooks the garden and brings in fresh air. The house is located on the same property as the owners’ home, but it has its own private entrance, ensuring privacy and independence during your stay. The rooms are simple, clean, and spacious. We are only 1.5 blocks from the stunning lagoon.

Laguna is just 3 blocks away, the market is 1 block away, and downtown is 3 blocks away. We have 3 bicycles included in the room rate and a full shared kitchen.
