The house is five minutes driving by car to the ADO bus station and some minutes to the airport. Near area, you can find groceries and some local restaurants. The views are incredible in the balcony overlooking the lagoon. ATM, bank, supermarket, restaurants and the Bacalar fort are 15 minutes walking from the property. There´s taxi available also.
