Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with 2 single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool!
