Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, einen eigenen Garten und einen schönen Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Hohensee (Zemitz) in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist modern und geräumig und verfügt über eine Einbauküche, zwei Schlafzimmer einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner (Keller). Sie eignet sich als Arbeiter*innenwohnung oder Ferienwohnung. Fußläufig ist der Hohensee (Badesee ca. 5 min) zu erreichen. Vor der Tür fährt der Bus. Wolgast und die Insel Usedom sind ca. 15 min entfernt. ACHTUNG: Handtücher und Bettbezüge müssen mitgebracht werden!!!

Unsere kleine Wohnung (44 m²) in der Wolgaster Altstadt freut sich über euren Besuch :-) Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz für kleinere PKW (recht eng, bis Größe VW Golf) ist direkt vor der Hauseingangstür. Größere Autos können kostenfrei auf einigen Parkplätzen in der Altstadt parken. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.

Landhaus im Grünen App. Landliebe

Auf einem ursprünglichen Bauernhof haben wir mit viel Liebe ein Ferienhaus zum Träumen geschaffen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ein großer Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Abends kann man gemütlich am Feuer sitzen oder auf der bequemen Couch bei einem Glas Wein ein Buch lesen. Von Groß Markow aus kannst Du die Umgebung mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto erkunden. Der Ort liegt zwischen dem Kummerower und Teterower See. Die Ostsee erreicht man in nur einer Stunde.

Herzlichen Willkommen in Anklam. Meine Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet am Rande der Stadt, in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, in der ersten Etage. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Personen geeignet. Seid ihr zu viert, empfehlen wir nur einen Kurzaufenthalt. Anklam ist Ausgangspunkt für Bootsfahrten auf der Peene, Ausflüge auf die Insel Usedom und für Tagestouren nach Polen. Das Ozeaneum in Stralsund sowie Insel Rügen sind für einen Tagesausflug auch eine Reise wert.

Viele Details spiegeln den Charme des alten, 1850 gebauten Hauses wieder und dennoch muss nicht auf Komfort verzichtet werden.
