Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Private lower-level guest suite beneath our family home with separate entrance and keypad. Just 6 minutes to Columbus Zoo and Zoombeezi Bay, and close to Bridge Park, Historic Dublin, downtown Powell, and OSU. Three king bedrooms, full kitchen, 1.5 baths, laundry, pool table, board games, and an 85” TV. Large patio with grill and fire pit. Family friendly and well stocked.
