This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

The Castle - Täppet Åhus

Åhus has most of it to offer during summer, Beach football - Beach handball, world class sandy beaches and restaurants and bars so that's enough. The accommodation at the Castle is located about 1,5 km from Åhus Seaside and the beach in an extremely quiet area on Täppet. The house has generous areas with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patios, outdoor kitchen, conservatory, pool etc. There are 4 beds (width 120, 140 & 180 cm) but sleeping for up to 10 people with extra bed/mattress/sofa. The pool is of course heated to 28 degrees.

Guest house with pool access in Skillinge

Newly renovated guest house with its own small patio and access to pool and barbecue area. The pool is normally kept open from mid-June to late August and then maintains a temperature of just over 25 degrees The guest house is located in beautiful Skillinge on the Österlen coast about 600 meters from Skillinge harbor, where there is a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Close to swimming docks and beaches. Here, Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (cycling trail) also pass. Four golf courses are within 30 minutes' drive.

Der går bus lige ved huset til og fra Rønne mv. Opladning af elektrisk bil er desværre ikke muligt. El-forbrug inkluderet (max. 20 kWh pr. døgn).

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
