The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, connected living room and kitchen with wood-burning stove, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can bathe all year round while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking trails.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Cozy house by the sea

This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).

Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

House has 2 levels with fantastic 180 degree unhindered views to the ocean and sunsets. House is situated 75 min in car to Copenhagen or 10 min to nearest grocery shopping. Several sights, shopping and amusements parks in close proximity.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Ore Strand is an extension of Vordingborg city, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and lots of nature and cultural experiences. It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.

The house is quietly located in a small village overlooking the fields. It is a 10-minute drive to Nykøbing Falster, a 5-minute drive to the highway and a 5-minute drive to shopping (Rema 1000) You have the whole house and garden to yourself. Parking is available on the property. I live close by myself and can help if problems arise.
