Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Das Apartment hat einen eigenen Eingang. Man wohnt für sich allein sehr ruhig in der Scheune direkt am Garten. Unsere Wallbox im Hof sorgt für größten Tankkomfort des E-Autos.
