New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common room are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders on the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop wonderfully and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.
