Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

The spacious and stylish Kleine Dichhaus is located in the very north of Germany in the immediate vicinity of the island of Sylt and Denmark. Our 2015 fully renovated vacation home on the foundations of 1895 stands on an old indoor dyke. The south-east terrace and the garden offer an unobstructed view over the meadows. From the north-west terrace you look across the fields to Denmark. There are two car parking spaces available.

All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily accessible by day trip by car, train or boat.

In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Hi! We offer our cuddly Reethaus halves. The cottage has 37 square meters below, upstairs 28 sqm, so a total of about 65 square meters. Upstairs of course sloping. It is located in Boldixum on Föhr. This is a district of Wyk. Since it is still privately used by us, it does not have one thing: the efficient, smooth charm of a holiday home. Where the wild roses grow, we live there.

Fantastic cottage with thatched roof on Föhr

Our beautiful thatched cottage was completed in 2016. The base price is 220 euro per day. The maximum price during peak season,Christmas over New Year's Eve, Easter, summer holidays is 290 euro per day. There are at least 7 days to book during the HS. In the rest of the time, a shorter stay is possible on request, but to an increased basic price.
