We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). One mile from downtown Carpinteria and the state beach. Custom designed 320 sqft tiny home with a 400 sqft deck for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A relaxed and comfortable place to stay with full sized appliances, tall ceilings and 2 sleeping lofts. Plenty of space for 1-2 people, a small family, or 4 adventurous people. The large cantina window allows for beautiful natural light and easy access to deck seating. Pets welcome! Large 1/2 acre fully fenced yard surrounding living space.

Shangri-La hilltop craftsman home sits on a one acre lot, nestled in the hills of Ojai Valley. Quiet, serene setting, perfect for stargazing! 9 miles from the ocean, 4 miles from downtown Ojai. We are pet friendly and will ask for a $125 pet fee on top of your accommodations. Please let me know if you will be bringing a pet. An 8% TOT Tax is included in the accommodation rate.

Cois Dara is a private Homeshare ( Permit #TRU20-0055) This County of Ventura Homeshare is a private residence that operates in a residential zone. The Homeshare allows for a maximum of 5 guests and a maximum of 3 cars. Outdoor quiet time 10 PM to 7 AM. This is an owner-occupied dwelling and the owner will be present on the property in a private quarter.
