Bright 3-room apartment for all seasons

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

The holiday flat is located in a nice neighbourhood in Österdeichstrich, a small town 3km nearby the health resort Büsum which can easily be reached by bike or car. Various bathing and natural beaches in rural places in the neighbouring villages invite all those who prefer more privacy. You can easily reach St. Peter Ording, Friedrichstadt, Husum, Heide and various other places by car.

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by. You can walk to the dike in just 2-3 minutes and to the pedestrian zone with many restaurants, cafes and shops in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is an EDEKA market incl. a bakery, post office and laundry.
