By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). The guest area with private bathroom (2nd floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

The apartment is a one-room apartment with kitchenette, double bed and a folding sofa as a lounger. Near Bielefeld between the Sennelandschaft and Teutoburger Wald. Facilities include 2 bikes at your disposal.
