Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. 1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

The half kitchen has a sink, counter, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, and filtered water.
