The backyard is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit and grill after a day of exploring the Central Coast. Walking distance to the Oceano Dunes.

Driveway holds 3 cars & garage (7' door clearance) is available for jet ski trailer or cars. A beach annual pass is available for use! Enjoy your own access to rental unit, entering & exiting at any time of day or night. Unit is good for couples & families (13 yrs old & up). Will consider pets. Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.
