In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Vineyards stretch across rolling hills, with neatly arranged grapevines lined along a dirt path. A layer of fog hovers over the valley, creating a serene atmosphere. In the distance, a hillside is topped by a quaint building surrounded by lush greenery and a clear blue sky.

Offenburg with many shopping opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car and also easy to get to by public transport. There is the winegrowing cooperative Durbach as well as the heated outdoor swimming pool with mini golf course. The physical well-being is also not shorted in Durbach with its numerous restaurants.

The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace.
