The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road.
