Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

Enjoy life in our quiet yet very central accommodation. The apartment is on the first floor in a courtyard on the edge of the village with an attached horse farm. Only 8 minutes (by car) to Montabaur, 30 minutes to Limburg or Koblenz. You can also start in nature immediately from here, whether hiking, cycling or motorcycling. As riders and motorcyclists, we are happy to give you tips. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked weatherproof. 4 guests maximum

The apartment is bright, sunny, barrier-free and modernly furnished. Built in 2021. The town of Vielbach is 5 minutes from the A3. ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

We offer you a nicely furnished apartment for your stay in Montabaur. In the living room, in addition to the cozy couch set, you will also find a very comfortable TV chair, on which it is easy to relax after a hard day at work. Our house is situated in a small place in the Westerwald, where you can relax and switch off from your everyday worries. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Westerwald lake district, to animal parks or to the city of Koblenz, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car. In general, we have plenty of hiking trails, lots of nature and good air!

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
