Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of natural wood and large windows that bathe the interior in natural light. Relax in the hot tub & enjoy the scenic view from the balcony.

Cozy Farm Cabin

Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

The Winery Cottage is a quaint two bedroom cottage tucked far enough away from the winery for complete privacy yet close enough to walk just a few minutes past the vines to enjoy a glass of wine in our winery tasting room. The cottage is nestled alongside a private natural spring pond, and has its own entrance and driveway. Enjoy all the panoramic vineyard views and tranquility that this unique property has to offer.

If your feeling a little adventurous, then hike in the caves of Hocking hills which are within a 10 min drive. When your ready to call it a day, crawl into the cozy queen size bed!

Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).
