Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The apartment for rent is 37 m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the Old Technical School in downtown Nysted - 200 meters from the harbor. Nysted has a lovely beach with a jetty – there is also the possibility of a sauna visit. The apartment contains 1 room with a double bed, dining table and chairs. There is TV and internet. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and hot plates. Toilet/bathroom with walk-in shower. Hair dryer The apartment is a resident of Nysted Church, and if you stand on your toes, there is a sea view.

Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene home.

Lovely country house - with lots of space. Hvidkær is a charming 1894 binder's house with a lovely garden and view of the fields. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms , bathroom and toilet. In addition, a large country kitchen and an angular living room with a dining area, a wood-burning stove and a sofa corner. 1 floor consists of a large living room with a work area, a TV department and a bedroom with three beds. The house is peacefully located overlooking fields. The garden is large and with lots of outdoor space.
