The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The farm is located close to Gyrstinge forest (3 km) with delicious hiking trails, Gyrstinge lake (3 km) known for its rich bird species, Haraldsted lake (5 km), where you can take a dip and only 12 minutes drive into Ringsted city. The farm itself is very quietly located, where you can go for a walk in the area (the walk starts at a country road from which footpaths start)
