Lovely apartment in the center of Nykøbing F

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Really nice, newly renovated apartment

Beautifully renovated apartment on the ground floor with two terraces with several seating areas. Living room and kitchen in one with a brand new kitchen and all the kitchen equipment you need. Delicious sofa group with electric fireplace for extra coziness. Dining table with plenty of space. Everything fits together and is brand new. Large lovely windows with door to lovely morning terrace on one side and lovely covered terrace with dining area and beautiful lounge area on the other. New bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms.

Tiny apartment on the 2nd floor.

The apartment for rent is 37 m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the Old Technical School in downtown Nysted - 200 m from the harbor. Nysted has a nice beach with a swimming pier – there is also the possibility of a sauna visit. The apartment contains 1 bedroom with a double bed, dining table and chairs. There is TV and internet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven and stove. Toilet/bathroom with shower. Hair dryer The apartment is close to Nysted Church, and if you stand on your toes, there is a sea view.

Vi kalder ferielejligheden "Bungalow", da den er placeret privat på bagsiden af huset. Bungalow er perfekt til en romantisk getaway eller for par med 1 barn eller venner, der udforsker skønheden på Møn. Der er en queensize-seng og en enkeltseng. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There are great opportunities to enjoy the forest and beach in the quiet environment around the Baltic Sea, both by bike and hiking with lots of marked routes. Also enjoy delicious gourmet food at Hesnæs harbor and Pomlenakke Traktørsted, where you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. There is plenty of opportunity to fish all the way along the coast, where there is a good opportunity to catch sea trout.

Bedroom with comfortable king size bed (possible to split into two beds). Living room with tv (34 channels in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German), sofabed and dining area.
