Our modern annexe provides a wonderful seaside base with free parking, which is a 2-minute walk to the cliff top, beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Anniversary Cottage is situated in the picturesque country village of Northrepps. It is surrounded by glorious fields and woodland, the epitome of a traditional country getaway. The house is just a minutes walk from the charming local pub. Northrepps is perfectly situated for both glorious walks on Overstrand beach and exploring the nearby seaside town of Cromer. The house has recently had a beautiful modern makeover, it is the perfect place to leave your worries behind and completely unwind.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.
