Our cottage is snuggled amongst recreational hotspots, walking distance to the beach, 2 miles from beautiful Afton MN (state park, downhill skiing), 4 miles from Hudson WI (shopping, dining, boat cruises, live music), 15 minutes from historic Stillwater. This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Charming suite, great location

Hosts live on upper floors. Lower level, private suite (stair access) has been designed and decorated for you. It features a living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. Next to St.Olaf college, 1 mile to Carleton and downtown, steps from the Ole Store Cafe. Our house is surrounded by trees, perennial gardens, and adjoins the St. Olaf athletic fields. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for young children. Also, the stairs may be difficult for someone with physical limitations.

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. The Rumpus room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, comfy chairs, sleeper sofa and a wall hung desk. There's board games, books, & puzzles. Bar top dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

It is located on one of Northfield's most beautiful and historical streets and just a short walk from the beautiful campus of St. Olaf College. Victorian 3rd Floor Studio

Welcome to our charming 3rd-floor studio located within a Victorian home in the heart of the NE Arts district! This cozy retreat boasts an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights, illuminating a space adorned with beautiful plants, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.
