The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

The Old Dairy sits in glorious Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire countryside right on your doorstep. Lovely private garden for outside dining, relaxing and hot-tub. Excellent walking, cycling & other activities close by. You’ll love it because of its beamed ceilings, fabulous kitchen in large open plan living area with log burner and doors opening onto private garden. A great place for special occasions, and make the most of your Sunday with our Lazy Sunday check-out time of 4pm.

At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.
