My cottage is quaint, cozy and charming and is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Delaware bay. In Villas, NJ. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets. Off street parking and a cozy deck to enjoy that morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Approx 15 min. drive to Wildwood or Cape May beach/ boardwalk. Beach tags are supplied with the house for Cape May beaches. We invite you to view the pictures of our home and plan to come and stay. Wineries and breweries are less than 10 minutes from the house.

Washer/dryer, sunporch, deck, den/office and plentiful onsite parking. Back of 1.3 acre property provides private access to Cold Spring Bike Path with an outdoor shower and firepit.

*We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. The furnishings are very comfortable, clean & sanitized. With a queen bed in each room (new mattresses 2023) and sofa bed in the living-room, it easily sleeps 4-6 people (four adults, two children). Use it as a base to explore the area and enjoy the beaches/local attractions, or just relax by the pool. Wifi throughout condo and Apple TV in both bedrooms. Two blocks to the marina & 5 blocks to the beach, this Wildwood condo is ideally located.

Spot a school of dolphins under a red-sky sunset before returning home to enjoy the night sea breeze and a movie in front of a wood burning fire in the outdoor gazebo.
