The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. This stunning flat is set in the old stable block of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. Cosy barn conversion with connecting indoor pool

Pennard Hill Farm is a family farm with breathtaking views over the Mendip Hills. Our holiday cottages are very individual and have bags of character and charm. The Haybarn is a beautiful barn conversation next to the indoor heated swimming pool, across the courtyard from the main farm house. There is plenty to see and do nearby such as Longleat Safari Park, Hauser & Worth Art Gallery, exploring the local towns of Wells, Frome and Glastonbury and enjoying long walks right on the doorstep.

This North Wing to West House has been made into a comfortable studio flat with kitchen and beautiful en-suite bathroom including roll top bath and walk in shower. There is a further Air BnB opposite and another beneath. Access is up a stairs. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals and more this is an unusual place to stay with plenty going on and choices of places to visit and things to do. Not suitable for children. Cafe closed for renovation.
