The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards the Welsh Hills. There is a study next door with a table and full double sofa bed. 'Home from home' is how I like guests to feel whilst staying at this welcoming, clean and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It's a lovely, light filled property, tastefully decorated with quality furniture, art and comfortable beds, and offers a patio, garden and off street parking in a village, 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes the City Centre. Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol.

The Byre - a grade II listed self contained cottage on a working smallholding. A converted pigsty with an open plan kitchen-lounge furnished with a comfy sofa and wood burning stove. A generous kitchen equipped with hob, combi oven-microwave, and fridge inc. utensils, crockery, pots and pans. The bathroom contains a large walk in shower and washing machine. The bedroom has a king size bed and 2 pull out futon chairs, to sleep up to 4 people. Outside there's a dedicated bbq/garden area.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.
