Perfect for couples or families, child friendly. Easy walk to the beach. Great central location and lovely views, with lots of amenities shops and eateries on your doorstep, plus only a short walk to the beach. Recently refurbished, the apartment has far reaching views and offers an excellent sense of light & space. The internal proportions are superb with a very large kitchen diner with plenty of seating, a separate sitting room with two sofas a Smart TV and a selection of books and games.

A round dining table set for four is positioned in the bay window, offering a view of the sea. The table features dishware and a vase with floral accents. Light streams through the large windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance.

This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).

A brick façade with a red front door frames the entrance to the basement flat. White window shutters accentuate the front window, which displays a small plant. Two bicycles are securely parked beside the wrought iron railing along the walkway.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
