Featured on KITV news and front page of West Hawaii Today, this charming studio is a real gem! Located in the country yet just 6 miles to the airport & 6 miles to Konatown. You will have one dedicated parking spot right by your door as well as access to upstairs amenities. Two lovely outdoor barbecue areas too!. Soak in our hot tub under a million stars ❤️ We share avocados, bananas, papayas & fresh eggs as available. Our reviews are stellar, apparently born to host! Work trade available too!

Please note My husband builds furniture out of the garage and there is potential for noise between the hours of 9-5 on some days.

Relaxing Tropical Retreat close to Kailua Kona

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared.

My home is a classic Hawaiian ranchette on the slopes of Hualalai, on 3 acres of beautiful Hawaiian forest. It has beautiful lanais, a deck with hot tub downstairs, along with a workout room and ping pong table. KMH is close to several of Kona's beautiful beaches, the Big Island's most challenging golf, and has great views of the Kona coast. It is also adjacent to a Nature Preserve where you can hike for miles through the Forest. My home will make you feel like you live in Hawaii!
