You have a bar fridge/ freezer for your drinks, toaster,microwave, electric tea kettle and Kuerig coffee maker. No kitchen, bathroom sink is for washing. Great back deck with umbrella. Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. (16th St) We live on 12th. 420 & LGBTQ friendly.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
