Location Location Location! Park your car and do not start it! Just renovated walk to beach / restaurants / shops / grocery across the street, if you have been to Coligny Plaza you know there are way too many places to list, but we love that the Frosty Frog and Piggly Wiggly are two of MANY places right across the street! Unit has a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other, the sofa also pulls out to a queen as well, Roku TV, youtubetv logged in! 2 car max per unit per association.

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Beachfront gated no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.
