Please note that because of its central location you will hear people having fun on the streets--especially on the weekends. Historic hardwood floors and exposed original brick walls recall Savannah’s trading past. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area, living and entertaining space. This flows into the bedroom area and bathroom. Exquisitely furnished, City Market Central is the perfect spot for up to 4 people to enjoy one of America’s most fun-living cities. Entertain in style from the fully stocked kitchen and bar cart or kick back and enjoy the 50" LED TV with internet access for Netflix (bring your own code), YouTube, etc., and local channels. The apartment offers a romantic king-sized bed, and a custom made leather queen sleeper sofa. The en suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub. Pamper yourself with high thread count organic cotton sheets and quilts and quality Turkish towels. Ample walk-in closets will take care of your party wardrobe. High-speed Wi-Fi for business and everything else. Washer/dryer for laundry. White noise machine to temper the noise of late-night revelers. Park at Whitaker Street Garage, a 3-minute walk from your front door. This 750 sq. ft. private apartment is at your complete disposal. Steps away from Ellis Square and City Market and minutes from the restaurants and nightlife of River Street. Turn left from your front door and you are in the thick of the nightlife of Congress Street. Turn right and you walk right into the boutiques on Broughton Street. Perfect location without a car... From the Airport: Either take a taxi, an Uber or use local transportation. Chatham Area Transit runs an hourly shuttle to and from the airport to downtown. Ellis Square Place is 0.4 miles from the transit hub so taking a taxi or Uber from the hub to the flat will be much less expensive than one from the airport. The Chatham Area Transit website is a good source of information for you about local transportation. In Ellis Square: Rent a bike! The Chatham Area Transit website outlines the procedure. In the Historic District: A shuttle bus will take you around the Historic District for free. The website referenced above has the details. Additionally, if you intend to take tours that use transportation, ask them if they will pick you up at the flat or if there is a pick up location nearby. If you wander around all day and exhaust yourself, take a pedicab (bicycle rickshaw) back to Ellis Square Place. If you want to go to the Mighty Eighth WWII Air Force Museum or to Tybee Island, you may need a car or Uber or ask at the Visitor's Information Center if there are ways to get there without one. Bringing a car? Whitaker Street Garage is three minutes from Ellis Square Place. Rates are discounted on the weekend. Park once and collect your car at the end of your stay. There are street-parking strategies in the Welcome Book. Dive in the Pool of a Stylish Home

Originally built for James Leonard in 1892, this condo has been renovated to combine traditional architecture with modern comforts. Sink into the oversized jacuzzi tub in the bathroom or sit outside on the gorgeous patio and have a BBQ near the shared pool. License/registration number: SVR-#00790 This is a fantastic hideaway in Downtown Savannah, a short walk from everything, and a short drive from everything else. Originally built for James Leonard in 1892, the house was recently renovated, combining old world architecture with modern amenities. Our updated kitchen is excellent to cook in and we have all of the cookware and tools you need to make some great meals while you're here (tip: go to Russo's Seafood and get some fresh Wild Georgia Shrimp to cook, you will not be disappointed!). Our clean bathroom features an oversized jacuzzi tub that can make for quite a romantic evening:). We have a new LG washer/dryer combo that is perfect for catching up on laundry during your visit. We provide shampoos, conditioner, body soap, coffee & tea, paper goods, dishwasher & laundry detergent. If you need anything else, there's a great grocery store only a two minute walk away- and a great local coffee shop & bakery three minutes away. We want you to feel right at home. We have a lock box so you may check in without any hassles. Our home is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle on a quiet street, but very close to coffee shops, restaurants and Forsyth Park. Fully equipped home with everything provided. Guest should only need whatever personal items required. Bring a swimsuit! The pool is a wonderful amenity and a rare treat in Downtown Savannah. The upstairs deck is shared with a very nice SCAD student next door who rarely uses it. There is ample street parking in front of the Condo. Please be aware of the street sweeping schedule. Wireless Cable Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, many other Roku channels. My wife and I live and work in downtown Savannah and are both available by phone to immediately help you with any questions or issues. We own two restaurants here in Savannah and are happy to give you recommendations to heighten your local culinary experience. The home is in a neighborhood situated between the Historic District and Victorian District. Spend the day at the picturesque Forsyth Park, go for a stroll along the Savannah River, and enjoy the selection of shops and restaurants in downtown. Our condo is just a few blocks from quiet Forsyth Park and just a five minute drive to anywhere you should like to go in Savannah, such as the downtown area, the river, and the SCAD museum. River street is a quick $4 UBER ride away. The Free City Shuttle stop is just a few minutes walk. There is a trolley stop a five-minute walk away On weekends, browse through local produce and goods at the Forsyth Park Farmers Market A very well-stocked Kroger grocery store (with Starbucks) is 1.5 blocks away. If you need other basics, Target, Whole Foods, and Home Depot are also close by.
