We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

The bright, cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a former restaurant and measures about 60 m². Very close to Lake Seeburg, the medieval town of Duderstadt and the university town of Göttingen, the small town of Bodensee is located in the middle of Eichsfeld. From here you can explore the surroundings by foot or by bike as part of smaller and larger bike tours. The Harz National Park with Northern Germany's highest mountain, the Brocken, is suitable for hiking.

The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

Our cozy log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and sleeps 4 people. It is located at the entrance to the town on a typical village street and is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Shopping, nature, and excursion destinations are within easy reach. Our adjacent large meadow, with bushes and fruit trees, is located on the edge of the nature reserve and the Seeanger. Seeburger See, with dining options, is a 10-minute walk away.

The cottage is located in the museum village of Ebergötzen, the Wilhelm Busch Mill and the European Bread Museum are within walking distance. Lake Seeburg is also only 4 km away. Shopping facilities such as bakeries and Edeka are nearby. The 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 8 people. With a large dining and living area with adjoining kitchen. The Harz Mountains are a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and also for winter sports enthusiasts (cross-country skiing or downhill skiing). The property and the area is also excellent for family vacations with children. From the property, many beautiful sights can be visited, such as the nearby towns of Braunlage, Goslar, Bad Lauterberg or St. Andreasberg.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
