Country setting with everything you need for a good stay. We are in the country but not far away from town. Located 15min from Sweetwater, 20 min from Athens, 45 min from Knoxville, 1 hour from Chattanooga. Watt bar lake is 20 min away and offers some great fishing for bass, walleye, crappie, stripe and catfish. There is public ramps and I can point you in right derection to catch some fish. Bring boat i have plug on side of house to charger batteries. Also visit the lost sea 20 min away.

Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Only 4 miles from Historic Sweetwater, a true Hallmark Town, you can antique, have the best ice-cream, visit the infamous LOST SEA, & walk to restaurants. Whatever your reason for visiting, Sweetwater will become a fast favorite for sure!
