The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Das Apartment hat einen eigenen Eingang. Man wohnt für sich allein sehr ruhig in der Scheune direkt am Garten. Unsere Wallbox im Hof sorgt für größten Tankkomfort des E-Autos.

Die Wohnung ist Bestandteil unseres Einfamilienhauses, hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen PKW Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Unsere Souterrainwohnung haben wir 2020 renoviert und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail neu eingerichtet. Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
