With it’s 20 foot vaulted ceilings throughout the entire unit, it provides a wonderful, open family vacation experience. Due to Covid-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize the unit. If anyone in your family has been sick, has a cough or any symptoms, please notify me immediately. Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
