The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

The home includes a fully functioning kitchen, dining area, large living room, indoor wood burning fire place, outdoor fire pit, grill, outdoor seating area and a new hot tub recently added! There is also plenty of parking available in the rear of the home.
