A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure. Originally built as a Carriage Barn for the Bissman Family circa 1860 ...Only 3.2 Miles from the Reformatory, 9.7 Miles from Mid Ohio Race Track, 1 Mile from Kingwood Center & only 7.3 Miles from Snow Trails Ski Resort! Rest assured we take cleaning very serious!

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!

Our historic family farm has 180 acres. The main house has been renovated to reflect a Greek revival kind of architecture that was prevalent in this area during the early 1800’s. The guest house is of new construction and is attached to the garage. It has a private porch attached to the back.
