The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Our Place

Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. T-Mobile internet now available.

Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

Although it’s located within the village, it’s surrounded by trees and pretty isolated. It’s been completely remodeled with a comfortable living area with sleeper sofa, up to date kitchen, laundry and bathroom with tile shower and double sinks. Relaxing front porch and patio with fire pit top off the experience.
