Small Clean Home Near Beach, Casino, Outlet Mall

This cozy, clean home is located 2.9 miles to Beach, Outlet Mall, and Casino. Quiet neighborhood. Well maintained property. Perfect for a couple or business traveler. It is not child proof. It is not suitable for small children. There are open stairs that cannot be blocked. We do not accept pets. I have an autoimmune disease. I am allergic to pet dander We request drivers license of each guest. Per Airbnb guidelines I am disclosing we have cameras on exterior north/east of home with audio.

Second Floor Apartment sitting on Pine Lake

My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

The little house is located within a 170-acre modern "farm" community filled with open meadows, woods and ponds. Minutes to beach, 1 hour to Chicago. Relax and enjoy the property or head out to explore the lakeshore, wineries, and great area restaurants! Location does not get any better than this! 90 second walk to one public beach access, and less than 5 minutes to a second! Enjoy a lazy day at the beach or head out to explore the area. It's just a quick trip to rent a kayak or paddle-board, do a bit of antiquing, golfing or climb a giant dune. There's no limit to amazing breweries, wineries, and restaurants.
