The Birdhouse is on a quiet wooded ravine steps from restaurants, shopping and a lovely 0.7 mile walk to the beach. This home hosts 4 guests only, including infants. Enjoy a screened-in porch with views to the woods, an outdoor eating area with grill, lovely terrace with firepit and laundry room. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower with hand shower for junior guests. To allow our cleaning crew time to prepare, we're unable to offer early check-ins.

If you'd like to explore the area, we are nearby popular trails and bike routes, U-pick farms, breweries & restaurants and beaches along Lake Michigan.

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. Modern Minimalist Tiny House

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.
