In our larger apartment on the 2nd floor of the 120-year-old house, you can enjoy peace and relaxation despite its central location, sit in the beautiful courtyard under the walnut tree, walk around the lake or swim. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock & Wismar as well as the Baltic Sea and the state capital Schwerin can also be reached quickly from here. Dogs are very welcome here. Old manor stable by the lake, 6 guests, sauna, fireplace, boats

The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free private sauna, large kitchen with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis table, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

Take the whole family to this great place to stay. We offer you a vacation home with a total of 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms (1 each with shutters), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (with shutters), 2 bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, sandpit, terrace, roof terrace, e-charging station and a wheelchair-accessible ground floor on a fenced property. It is only 20 m to the swimming spot and just under 50 m to the in-house rowing boat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.

Semi-detached house on a horse farm

This great place is anything but usual. From the open-plan kitchen-dining area, you can watch the horses in the pasture while you eat and simply unwind. In the evening, the terrace is the perfect spot to watch many wonderful sunsets. Sometimes a pony peeks in through the living room window and checks on the guests. Although the farm is only 3 km from the nearest store and 7 km from the town of Wismar (Baltic Sea), it is wonderfully quiet and has a village feel.

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden house on Lake Großer Wariner! Nestled in a beautiful garden, the house welcomes you. An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

Welcome to "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 This special accommodation, at 70 square meters, is ideal for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go biking and hiking. The center of Wismar is a 7-minute drive away. Our attractive island of Poel can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The island's coastline features rugged cliffs or beautiful, wide sandy beaches. Restaurant 3 minutes' walk away... :))

Our painter's apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and bathtub as well as a small kitchen. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity.
