My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The room is small, cosy and bright, with own entrance and private bathroom. It is located in FREDERSDORF, close to Berlin.It has no kitchen,but a coffee machine, boiler and fridge. It has a bed and couch with sleeping function.The room has an underfloor heating. Self Check-In after 5 pm (with code). Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.
