Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Relaxing spessart-out time

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is located on the second floor of a single-family house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which are the only heating. If you want to be warm, you have to make a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, stove, coffee machine and dishes / pots.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Enjoy peaceful days in our cozy vacation rental in the countryside of the Main-Spessart region, located between Karlstadt, Lohr, Wertheim, and Marktheidenfeld. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (not accessible) and features a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shopping options in Marktheidenfeld (about 10 minutes by car). Public transportation is limited – your own vehicle is required. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

A fire pit invites you to relax together. Good air and a wonderful starry sky (if cloudless) are guaranteed here. There are also some beehives on the property.
