The apartment is located on the second floor of a single-family house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which are the only heating. If you want to be warm, you have to make a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, stove, coffee machine and dishes / pots.

Public transportation is limited – your own vehicle is required. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss meines Hauses in Hain im Spessart. Das Haus selbst ist am Hang gebaut, dadurch ist die Haustür über 30 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst geht es dann noch 15 Stufen nach oben. Die Anzahl der Gäste ist hier auf 5 begrenzt. Falls mehr Gäste kommen möchten, bitte eine Anfrage schicken. Nach Absprache ist es möglich, dass mehr Gäste kommen. Es kann noch ein Doppelluftbett aufgestellt werden.

We are surrounded by hiking and biking trails and are very familiar with the region. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious, green natural garden. In our garage, it is possible to charge e-bikes and safely store the bicycles.
