It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

A lovely mansion with a lovely spacious garden 3 minutes away from the train station, 10 minutes from Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans. You sometimes imagine yourself in the countryside because even though you are in the middle of the center of Zaandam, the birds wake you up in the morning and because of the non-existent street it is wonderfully quiet. A few minutes away you are on the Dam of Zaandam and with the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam around the corner, you can go all the way.

Absoluut Achterhoek Eibergen 6 people (4 adults)

Our vacation home is suitable for max. 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Detached holiday home on the waterfront.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected with the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not too far away. The city of Rotterdam popular for tourists is only 25 minutes by car.

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
