You sleep on the ground floor (2 bedrooms + private bathroom + private kitchen + private large living room (50 m2) with high ceilings and fireplace. Private entrance. 3rd bedroom is upstairs via the front house. Outside by the water, your own terrace. Also suitable for group work with a large work table. Vintage, so beautiful, old and cozy. The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. The spacious living room features a complete kitchen with a cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family or friends' week(end) gathering. With grasslands, water, and patches of forest in between. It looks cozy, those grasslands among the trees. Smûk, we say in Frisian. As many as 250 species of birds and many other animals live here. The area also received pingos as a gift from the Ice Age. Located in the middle of 2 national parks: Lauwersmeer and the Alde Feannen. Ideal cycling and hiking area.

Relax in the countryside at the Veluwse Wijnhoeve in Otterlo. De Schaapskooi is fully equipped for 6 people, including a wash machine. And it features a lovely wood-burning stove! Plenty of sunny and shady spots in the garden and private parking for 3 cars. From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. Our spacious studio of 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town Oudewater in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The studio is a wonderful place to relax in the spacious garden for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a great place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities, such as Utrecht, Gouda, Delft, and Rotterdam. The studio includes 2 bicycles, allowing you to reach the supermarket and the picturesque center of Oudewater, in about 5 minutes.

Eat and relax at a stumbling distance at our neighbors of Caatje aan de Lek or brewery Duits & Lauret - both forts of the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (UNESCO heritage) or the Witte Schuur. Enjoy cycling and hiking with fantastic views from Goilberdingerdijk and Diefdijk. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 extra beds on the landing.

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
