Alpacadroom is a unique location at the edge of the village and the Speulderbos. Our cozy vacation home can accommodate 14 people. The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. The spacious living room features a complete kitchen with a cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family or friends' week(end) gathering. Overlooking our alpaca grasslands.

Walden is located in the middle of the unique coulissen landscape of the Frisian woods. Trees, hedges and wooded borders surround the meadows. With grasslands, water, and patches of forest in between. It looks cozy, those grasslands among the trees. Smûk, we say in Frisian. As many as 250 species of birds and many other animals live here. The area also received pingos as a gift from the Ice Age. Located in the middle of 2 national parks: Lauwersmeer and the Alde Feannen. Ideal cycling and hiking area.

Relax in the countryside at the Veluwse Wijnhoeve in Otterlo. De Schaapskooi is fully equipped for 6 people, including a wash machine. And it features a lovely wood-burning stove! Plenty of sunny and shady spots in the garden and private parking for 3 cars. From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Our spacious studio of 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town Oudewater in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The studio is a wonderful place to relax in the spacious garden for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a great place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities, such as Utrecht, Gouda, Delft, and Rotterdam. The studio includes 2 bicycles, allowing you to reach the supermarket and the picturesque center of Oudewater, in about 5 minutes.

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.
